Zotrin Ingredients - Zotrin Review
The two Zotrin versions (Zotrin for women and
Zotrin for men) are formulated slightly different with some different
ingredients. We'll take a quick look at the ingredients common
to both Zotril versions below.
Zotrin Ingredients:
Proprietary Blend of 847.8 mg: Yerba Mate (bark)
(standardized proprietary extract) Guarana (seed) (standardized
proprietary extract) Damiana (leaf, stem) (standardized proprietary
extract) Calcium phosphate Microcrystallene cellulose Magnesium
stearate Barberry (root, bark) SE L-tyrosine Trimthylglycine
Proprietary Blend for Women:
Rosemary leaf (twig), Forsythia (fruit), Sage (leaf) Black cohosh
(root), Chasteberry (fruit), Shisandra (herb), Chlorella, St.
John's Wort (herb) Other Ingredients: rice flour.
Proprietary Blend for Men:
Schizonepeta (spica) SE Yucca (plant) Passion flower (aerial parts)
Panax ginseng (root) SE Maca (root) SE St. John's wort (herb)
SE L-leucine L-glutamine NADH Other Ingredients: rice flour.
Yerba Mate - This herb contain
a gentle form of caffeine, it also supplies vitamins, minerals,
and 15 amino acids. Research suggests that yerba mate may aid
with sleep irregularities and joint pains. Many people drink yerba
mate to boost energy without the side effects of coffee.
Guarana - is a herbal form
of Caffeine.
Damiana Leaf - has been used
as an aphrodisiac since ancient times. Its medicinal uses include
treating sterility, impotence, and sexual imbalances. (I really
can't see any benefit of this to aid in weight loss.)
Barberry - has its medicinal
use originating from China and India. Its used for correcting
liver function and promoting the flow of bile. The active ingredient
is Berberine, and one of its main uses is to treat stomach problems.
Berberine also stimulates the immune system cells to function
better
Trimethylglycine (also known as betaine) - is a methyl donor that help in the production of several brain
chemicals and hence improve mood, energy, wellbeing, alertness,
concentration, and visual clarity.

Zotrin is pretty much a variety of herbs thrown
together, with a few being an aphrodisiac. Despite the "clinical
study" every other sales page boasts about, I can't comment
much on how effective Zotrin really is without getting any first
hand feedback from users of Zotrin.
