Ripped Fuel Side Effects
Danger of Ripped Fuel and Side
Effects
Because Ripped Fuel and Ripped Fuel Extreme
are based on the ECA stack, it has its share of side effects.
Any fat burner containing stimulants such as ephedrine, caffeine
and aspirin are bound to cause various unwanted side effects.
Of course, of most concern and controversy is
the use of ephedrine in most fat burners. I won't go in detail
about ephedrine here - you can read
about ephedrine in this article. The issue of ephedra content
in fat burners and weight loss supplements has gone as far as
to have lawyers take up class action suits against many of the
manufacturers, which by the way, I think is just ridiculous.
In my opinion (note, just my opinion), most
fat burner and weight loss products are safe - if you follow recommended
doses, and do not abuse the supplement. What's even more important
is using some common sense. Test your tolerance first, before
taking full doses. I know of people who are so stubborn that they
continue to use fat burner products, even when the supplement
is making them very ill.

Ripped Fuel Side Effects
Got a little off track there. ;-) On with side
effects of Ripped Fuel. Take a look:
Positive Side Effects of Ripped Fuel:
- Ripped Fuel can give you a big energy boost
(for some, almost right away)
- you can potentially lose a good chunk of
fat
- can help you gain more lean muscle mass
- increased metabolic rate and energy expenditure
- reduced appetite
Negative Side Effects of Ripped Fuel:
- feel agitated, anxious, restless
- get blurry vision sometimes (as reported
by some users)
- stomach aches, nausea, headaches
- increased heart rate (some cases, irregular
heart beat)
- can disrupt sleep patterns, especially if
taken late at night
From what I can see, most often, the people
with the most noticeable adverse side effects do very little if
any exercise. The boost in energy is what makes many people get
the 'jittery', 'restless' feeling. Hit the gym and 'work off'
that excess energy, and you could feel a lot better. The thing
with most of these fat burners is that you just can't take them
without a good diet and a good workout. You can't expect the supplement
to do everything for you. After all, that's what they are - supplements,
meaning they supplement your main focus, which is your workouts
and whatever your goal maybe, be it weight loss or muscle gains.

Ripped Fuel Danger
More often than not, many people will jump straight
into the recommended doses of fat burners and other types of supplements
- without a full understanding of possible side effects and consequences.
To complicate things even more, everyone is unique and different.
There are people who have very high tolerance for the ECA stack,
while there are people who have little or no tolerance for these
stimulants.
I can even go as far to say that ECA creates
such a big problem for some users that they go through withdrawal
eventually. Of course, these are extremely rare.
There are some inherent dangers of using Ripped
Fuel, as with any other fat burner; however with some research
and more understanding, it can be avoided. Heck, if it was that
bad, word would get around, and no one would ever use such products,
and the authorities would probably end up getting involved.
Yes, ephedrine has many side effects, and that's
exactly why you need to ease into any type of fat burner. What
I mean by that is that you should not take the recommended dosage
right away. Instead, take just 1 pill for the first day or two,
see how your body reacts. If all's well, and you feel nothing
too bad, then up the dosage a little, say 2 pills a day. Then
go from there.
Depending on the fat burner, some recommend
you take 4 to 6 pills a day. Ripped fuel for example, tells you
to take 2 in the morning, and 2 in the afternoon, and not to exceed
6 pills. Start little, and go from there. Simple right? It's just
all good, common sense. ;-)
