It sounds good and all, but what exactly is
thermogenics? Thermo, means heat, its called thermogenics because
it increases the body's heat production. This is achieved by increasing
the number of calories you 'burn' during exercise and resting
times. In the weightloss and fitness industry, thermogenic supplements
are the most popular fat control products. Xenadrine uses thermogenic
technology to help you control fat, and it's one of the more popular
fat loss products.

Xenadrine RFA 1 and Xenadrine EFX
Yes, Cytodyne Technologies has two product lines
of Xenadrine - Xenadrine RFA 1 and Xenadrine EFX. Before you even
start using them, you should know the differences between them.
Xenadrine RFA 1 is the 'original' Xenadrine
so to speak. When it first came out, it gained popularity quickly.
Several years back, Cytodyne was accused of false product advertising,
making claims about Xenadrine RFA 1 that weren't true. See the
old article here.
That's not to say that Xenadrine RFA 1 doesn't work - it does
work, and has worked great for many people. Read
more about Xenadrine RFA 1 in this article.
Xenadrine EFX, hit the market not long ago,
is the 'next generation' product of Xenadrine. The major difference
between these two is that the new Xenadrine EFX contains no ephedrine
(ephedra). Read more about
Xenadrine ephedrine free here. The composition of Xenadrine
EFX is also different from Xenadrine RFA 1. Read
our article on Xenadrine EFX here.
Careful Use of Xenadrine Can Benefit You
If you do decide to use Xenadrine, please do
so wisely. Like any other drugs/supplements, they're not abuse
proof. The smart thing to do is start off with half the recommended
dosage for a week to assess your tolerance to Xenadrine or any
other supplement. Under no circumstances should you take more
than recommended dosage - more is not better. You should carefully
read the labels before using Xenadrine, and if you have any medical
conditions, it's always best to consult your personal physician
before using.
Also keep in mind that these products contain
stimulants such as ephedra (Xenadrine RFA 1), therefore it's not
for everyone.
Update: Cytodyne has been renamed to Cytogenix, and they have re-introduced their popular Xenadrine RFA-1 fat burner along with a new Xenadrine RFA-X. However, do not mistake these as the original Xenadrine RFA-1. The new Xenadrine RFA-1 and RFA-X are ephedra free fat burners.
