MHP T Bomb II Reviews

T-Bomb 2 Review

I've used plenty of natural testosterone enhancers like MHP T-Bomb II in the past, so I'm no stranger to these types of supplements. With the many natural testosterone enhancers I've tried over the years, I have to say that it's always been a bit of a hit and miss type of deal for me. Although similar in ingredient contents, one supplement might work seemingly well for me, and another similar product might seem to not work at all. Unfortunately for me, my experience with MHP T Bomb 2 was of the latter case.

As usual, I took it in combination with my regular, clean and healthy diet, along with my heavy and intense training program, but in the end, I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed with my experience of MHP t bomb ii. Regardless, we have received hundreds of user reviews and feedback on T Bomb 2, and it has received an average of four stars out of a possible five, with most users reporting positive feedback on it. You can read our user's MHP T-Bomb 2 reviews here. If you've used T-Bomb 2, don't forget to post your reviews as well!

MHP T Bomb II - Ingredients and Side Effects

Below is a listing of the MHP T Bomb 2 ingredients and supplement facts:

Nutrition Facts:
Serving Size (tabs) 3
Servings Per 56
Magnesium (mg) 15
Zinc (mg) 25
Copper (mg) 2

Ingredient Details:
Five Phase Hormone Optimizing Blend 903mg:
Tribulus terrestris (standardized to 40% furastanol saponins), Fenugreek 4:1 extract (seed), tongkat ali 20:1 extract (root) (Eurycoma longifolia Jack), red clover extract (40% isoflavones), Chrysin, Kudzu root (Pueraria lobota) (40% isoflavones), DIM (diindolymethane), Avena sativa 10:1 extract (aerial parts), zinc (as zinc aspartate), Pygeum africanum extract (25% total sterol) (bark), stinging nettle leaf 4:1 extract, beta siterol, saw palmetto berry extract...

MHP T Bomb 2 is basically a combination of ZMA (Zinc and Magnesium), with various natural testosterone enhancers such as tribulus, tongkat ali, and avena sativa. It also contains aromatase inhibitors such as chrysin which prevents the conversion of testosterone to estradiol.

ZMA (Zinc and Magnesium Aspartate) - Through stress and exercises, Zinc and Magnesium are depleted from your body, which can lead to decreased testosterone levels. The ZMA formula supplements your body with good amounts of both Zinc and Magnesium. One study found ZMA to increase zinc levels by 11 - 17%, however, they noted no difference in the anabolic hormone status or strength gains, leading to the conclusion that ZMA did not appear to enhance training adaptations. [1]

Tribulus Terrestris - Tribulus has been used as a tonic and aphrodisiac in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine for centuries. In recent decades, it has been promoted as a testosterone booster to enhancing muscle building and increasing sex drive.

When it comes to the effectiveness of tribulus for strength and muscle gains, there are many conflicting views and opinions. There are also research and studies[2, 3] that have found Tribulus to have little effect on muscle and strength gains. Despite this, many users, myself included, have had a positive experience using tribulus. Perhaps it's the placebo effect or something else, but regardless, tribulus is a relatively inexpensive supplement.

Eurycoma Longifolia (Tongkat Ali) - Tongkat ali, latin name Eurycoma longifolia, is a root that grows in the rainforests of Southeast Asia. It has been reported that Eurycoma longifolia Jack commonly known as Tongkat Ali has gained notoriety as a symbol of man's ego and strength by the Malaysian men because it increases male virility and sexual prowess during sexual activities.[4] Similar to Tribulus, the herb works by affecting the lutenizing hormones in the body, which signal testosterone production. Various studies in rats have shown Tongkat Ali to increase sex drive and libido.

Effects of Eurycoma longifolia jack on laevator ani muscle in both uncastrated and testosterone-stimulated castrated intact male rats.

200, 400, and 800 mg/kg of tongkat ali were studied on both uncastrated and castrated male rats for a 12 week period. This study found that 800mg/kg dose significantly increased the leavator ani muscle (broad, thin muscle on side of pelvis) compared to the control groups. The pro-androgenic effect as shown by this study further supported the traditional use of this plant as an aphrodisiac. [4]

Chrysin - Chrysin (5,7-Dihydroxyflavone) is promoted in bodybuilding to be an effective inhibitor of an enzyme known as aromatase which causes the conversion of testosterone into estradiol and androstenedione into estrone. In many in vitro (artificial environment) studies, chrysin has been shown to be a very potent and natural inhibitor of human estrogen aromatase. Its ability to inhibit the aromatization of androstenedione and testosterone to estrogen has been well demonstrated in lab tests. While there are plenty of studies showing the effectiveness of Chrysin in vitro, its efficacy in real human subjects still remains debatable. We have an article on Chrysin here, that goes into detail about these issues.

Avena Sativa - is an oat that has many benefits, and it has been used for a long time. Some uses include relaxation, anti-depressant, treatment for herpes, arthritis, indigestion, wrinkles, hemorrhoids, lower cholesterol and others. It's not until recent years that Avena Sativa has been found to help boost testosterone and also act as an aphrodisiac.

T Bomb Side Effects

There are little to no side effects of t bomb 2. From the many reviews we received, some possible side effects include increased aggression, and acne breakout. Other than that, positive t bomb effects include:

  • strength gains
  • muscle gains
  • increased sex drive
  • increased energy

I have to admit that I am a bit disappointed that I did not respond much, if at all to MHP T-Bomb 2. I was hoping for some nice gains as I've had good results with similar types of supplements such as BSN Axis-HT. However, please keep in mind, that this review is simply based on my experience with t-bomb 2, and it by no means is representative of what you or any other user might experience with t bomb. As already mentioned, based on over a hundred user reviews and feedback we've received on MHP T Bomb 2, it received four out of five stars, with most users posting rather good feedback with it. I need to remain objective and honest about my experiences with these types of supplements when writing my reviews. Just because I did not seems to respond to t bomb, it should not turn you off from using it, if that is what you are planning on.
