Vitamin For Acne Treatment

Acne Facts: Do You Really Know Acne?

Even though everyone is concerned with acne, only a few people know the true effective ways to get rid of acne once for all. This articles aims to reveal these "secret" solutions.

Many people assume acne is mainly caused by the food you eat. But there isn't much evidence to support this. The following are some of the "acne myths " people believe in what's causing acne and they have all been proved to be wrong:

  1. Chocolate causes acne!
  2. Cheese will lead to pimples..
  3. Make-up won’t make your zits worse.
  4. Scrub your face hard, and your pimples will go away.
  5. Squeezing pimples will help clear up acne

Cause of Acne - What's the Cause of Adult Acne?

Well, despite these bogus beliefs, let's take a look at the real cause of acne. There is one kind of hormones called androgens which is a male hormones found in both men and women. These hormones cause excess oil to build up in your oil glands. When this oil and dead skin cells clog the glands, it leads to whiteheads and blackheads.

With some of the "friendly skin bacteria", this may immediately lead to the inflamed, red pimples which are commonly seen in acne. Hormone disorder is the main cause of acne. This is why the onset of acne is typically associated with puberty. This is why you need to take vitamins and proper nutrition to treat acne instead using skin cares alone.

There are two other common factors which could cause acne: wrongly chosen make-up and stress. Remember, don't stress yourself out over acne, it will only make it worse.

According to a research conducted in 2002 across the United States, among over 3,600 anti-acne skin products, D'Arcy Anti-Acne Serum ranked top 10 among the most popular and effective anti-acne skin products.

Effective Acne Treatment & Acne Scar Treatment

The following ways are some of the effective ways to treat acne:

  • Washing your faces more frequently with oil-free solutions to remove excess oil, make-up and and impurities.
  • To keep bacteria at bay, don't touch your face with your fingers or lean your face on objects that collect sebum and skin residue like the telephone receiver.
  • If you wear glasses or sunglasses, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
  • Keep pillowcases, sheets, and blankets clean by washing them often. This gets rid of the dirt, dead skin, and oil that build up on them at night.
  • If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes, which doesn't allow skin to breathe and may cause irritation. You also might want to stay away from scarves, headbands, and caps, which can collect dirt and oil
  • Keep hair clean and out of your face to prevent additional dirt and oil from clogging your pores.

However, all of the above ways are not the most effective way. Remember, acne is not cause by external elements, it is mainly caused by hormone inside of your body. Therefore, the most effective way to cure acne is to take the right nutrients daily which will help you to balance the hormone disorder in your body.

There are a number of nutrients that are known to promote a healthy skin. Get wise to these substances, and you'll increase your chances of conquering your acne. More importantly, mistreated acne may lead to acne scar. As well known, there are several vitamins that helps to cure scar and wounds and make your skin smooth again. Therefore, acne medication is very essential and important for acne healing and acne scar healing.

Vitamin A for Acne Treatment

Naturally occurring Vitamin A, or retinol, is found in fish oils, liver and dairy products. Researchers has shown vitamin A is an essential nutrient to treat acne. The Vitamin A produced by plants is known as Beta-carotene, and is found in yellow/orange fruits and vegetable such as carrots, yams, apricots and cantaloupe, as well as green vegetables like parsley, kale and spinach. Extremely high doses of Vitamin A are toxic, so don't overdo it.

Vitamin B2 and Acne Solution

Stress has been known to aggravate existing cases of acne, and Vitamin B-2 is often helpful alleviating stress. Foods with a high concentration of B-2 include whole grains, fish, milk, eggs, meat and leafy green vegetables.

Vitamin B3 and Acne

Vitamin B3 is also an essential element for acne treatments. Vitamin B3 is found in peanuts, eggs, avocados, liver and lean meats, Vitamin B-3 improves circulation, promoting healthy skin. It also reduces the cholesterol level in the blood and helps you metabolize protein, sugar & fat increasing your energy through proper utilization of food.

Vitamin E and Acne Treatment

Vitamin E is found in almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, broccoli, wheat germ and vegetable oils. A powerful antioxidant, it protects your cells against the effects of free radicals, which are potentially damaging by-products of the body's metabolism. Vitamin E is the most important nutrient in fighting against acne.

Zinc and Acne

Even in trace amounts, the antioxidant zinc is known to boost the immune system, improving overall health which of course is reflected in the skin. Zinc can be found in eggs, whole grains, nuts and mushrooms.

Know your own triggers. Since acne is different for everyone, there may be certain foods that cause flare-ups in your skin. Clearly, these foods should be avoided. You may also want to check your vitamin supplements for their iodine content; while normal amounts of iodine have not been shown to affect skin, amounts greater than the RDA of 150 mcg may aggravate your acne.

Recommended Acne Treatment Product - Akne Zyme

It may become too troublesome to buy all these individual vitamins and minerals; however there is an acne treatment product made by enzymatic therapy which contains all the above vitamins and minerals in optimal ratios for acne treatment and also promotes a healthy skin called Dermaklear Akne Zyme. A bottle of 90caps wills last 45 days, and costs under $12 dollars. I've used Akne Zyme with good results, and still use it today.

Give it a try, it's inexpensive, and many others have reported good results with Akne Zyme. You can read user feedback on Dermaklear Akne Zyme here. I would also recommend using Akne Zyme for at least one month, and longer is even better. Typically, I go with 2 bottle supplies which lasts 3 months.
