Studies have found 7 Keto to increase the levels
of T3 hormones, which has direct and profound effect
on the body's metabolism. T3 hormone is a thyroid

is also used to treat depression. However, it is not
clear exactly how 7 Keto works to increase T3 hormone
levels, but this significant (and safe as claimed
by researchers) increase in T3 is what helps people
lose weight.
There are a number of studies done on 7 Keto, speaking
well of its effect on weight loss. Take a look:
7 Keto DHEA Study: A recent clinical
trial, published in Current Therapeutic Research involved
15 subjects averaging 44.5 years of age. The subjects
are placed in a 7 Keto group or a placebo group. They
exercised 3 times a week, and followed a 1800 calorie
diet, and each subject in the 7 Keto group took 100mg
of 7 Keto twice daily. After 8 weeks, the 7 Keto groups
lost 200% more body fat than the placebo group. Even
more notable, is that 7 Keto was well tolerated, and
no side effects were reported.
So, it's pretty obvious 7 Keto works great, but what
about Lean System 7 itself? Many studies on Lean System
7 have shown promising weight loss results. Take a
look below:
Lean System 7 Study: In a 8 week
double blind study done by Dr. Zenk at the Minnesota
Applied Research Center, 35 subjects were randomized
into a Lean System 7 group and a placebo group. All
subjects followed a similar diet and light exercising
program 3 times a week. After the 8 week study, some
subjects lost up to 4.5 inches around the waist and
hips, and increased their base metabolic rate by as
much as 43%. On average, the Lean System 7 group lost
8lbs, and some lost as much as 19lbs. Also, the Lean
System 7 group preserved more lean muscle tissue while
dieting compared to the placebo group. Lean System
7 was also shown to be safe compared to the placebo
group when effects on heart rate and blood pressure
were tested.
Lean System 7 Side Effects
Of all the studies, non have found Lean System 7
to have any adverse side effects unlike most other
fat burners. This of course doesn't mean that its
completely without side effects. Since everyone's
different, its never hurts to be cautious. ;-)
Compared to most other fat burners out there right
now, I have to say Lean System 7 certainly looks very
promising, and it definitely worth a try. The ingredient
mix looks very good to say the least, and even more
so, it seems very mild on side effects.
