What is the best CLA for your buck?

How long does it take to get an order from wellnesspartners.com? They really don't tell you how long the processing takes.

New to the website..happened to stumble across the site earlier this week. Found lots of great information and now have a few questions.. My question pertaining to CLA, is it ok to take along w/ animal cuts, clenbuterol, glutamine and my protein? I am currently working out 5 days a week and taking two packs of animal cuts and 4 clenbuterol tabs a day..

Looking for any suggestions as far as this

thank you in advance .. for all the info..

I'm thinking about taking CLA beginning with my next cutting cycle. On the link, the 1st sentence says "If you are looking for CLA for Fat Loss, you don't want the 1000mg capsules, you need the only capsule designed to meet the specifications used in the clinical studies, Tonalin 1285mg 80% CLA." Is this true? In all the stores around here, everything is 1000 mg. Are they just trying to get you to buy from them since anything over 1000 mg is hard to find?

Yes. Get the best you can for the best value. Don't bother with marketing schemes like that.

I've read that CLA shouldn't be taken with a high fiber meal. Why's that? What's considered "high"?

I'm not sure behind the science of why preg or lactating women shouldn't take it, but simply put: it says on the bottle
But if you think of it, preg & lactating women are quite 'fragile' i guess.. you wouldn't want them taking anything that could affect them, or the development of the baby (in the womb or through breast milk)..just common sense i guess

I looked at two different brands and one states that prenant women shouldn't take it and the other doesn't. So I e-mailed the company asking why they don't have a warning about it and they replied saying that they can't find a reason to put it on the bottle as a warning. And said that if I could find some evidence they would consider changing the label. I am just concerned that if there is a reason the consumer should now about it to be able to make an informed decision.

Herbal Select. I bought it from Walmart.

This is the reply I received:
Good Morning,
I’m not quite sure how to answer your question-I have never seen an article on Cla being a product that pregnant woman should avoid. I had our staff nutritionist do a search for any studies and we came up with none. Do you have a reference that we could look at? Is it that Cla is known for being a part of some diet products? ( they contain other ingredients as well) Cla revs up muscle metabolism increasing lean muscle mass which in turn seems to help some people lose weight-it also has a positive effect on cholesterol. Cla is an essential fatty acid usually derived from sunflower or safflower, although it naturally occurs in dairy products, beef, poultry and eggs ( 1 litre of full fat milk contains over a gram). Scientists estimate that our food supply once contained much higher levels of Cla before the advent of modern agricultural and animal feeding techniques.

I hope this is helpful, let me know if I can further help.

Herbal Select is owned or something by a company called Puresource.
