Yes, take it with (or right after) your meals. Depends on what may give you the better results.. most people stick to about 6gms/day, some bump it to 9-10gms a day.
Umm..ok..back to the other post ..too many things goin on..hard to keep track! :wink:

I e-mailed the Doctor that "discovered" CLA (I think) to ask him why pregnant & lactating women shouldn't take it and this is the response I received:
CLA has not been tested in pregnant women and one should be extra cautious in this regard. CLA may reduce milk fat content so that is why it is not advised during lacation. |

What kind of results has anyone seen from CLA? Everyone on this board says how great itiis, but I haven't heard any specifics. Does it increase losses?

I am thinking of buying some cla supplements but what is the most effective brand. I can't afford anything real expensive. I know GNC has some for about 25 bucks, but i ahve heard a few negative htings about gnc products. So please let me know what ya'll think. thank you!
