Default weight loss need help

so im in college and in a frat. in about 3 weeks we start mixing with sororities involving different themed parties, mostly consisting of not wearing to much cloths lol. my problem is that i got a bit of a spare tire goin. so what would be some suggestions on how i can get rid of the spare tire as much as possible. i already have a pretty good diet going. and i try and go to the gym as much as possible. im just thinking for the next three weeks go to the gym everyday and try and run a lot. but other then that what weight loss supplements would help me out here. BUUUT lol i also am trying to gain some muscle ( abs, chest) not just lose weight a lone..HELP PLEASE!! i am an absolute noob when it comes to anything fitnes so help would be greatly appreciated

you are going to have to give up beer and alcohol. All those empty carbs is going to keep that spare tire on there.

I was in a frat too and I got into shape b4 I started drinkin and stuff and then maintained it for a couple of years until I stopped workin out.

So the tip, you need to get to where you want to be before you start drinkin. Otherwise, it'll be rough, slow, and you'll probably quit. Also, don't be like me and stop workin out b/c you will quickly get fat.

Knowing frat guys though, you will probably still drink so the best you can do at that point is keep it to liqour with zero cal mixer and make the drinks strong so you don't have to drink as much. AND SPACE the drinks, i.e. drink 1 strong drink every 90 mins or somethin. Also, drink a liter of water b4 you go to bed and a liter when you wake up right away.
