Default Tappering carbs....even if you sit down for 6 hours after breaky???

Stats:
6'2", 216lbs (98kg), 19% bodyfat, very active
So I hear your meant to eat lots of carbs in the morning then start to taper them off throughout the day till diner when you try have hardly any carbs.

Is that still the case if I go to school from 8.30am-3.20pm and I don't do ANY exercise between those times?

7am wake up

7.15am breakfast
10.25am morning tea
12.30pm lunch

3.30pm gym

I've just finished the season for rugby so the activity that I do now is gym, boxing and I try to do some HIIT 3x a week before school and some running either before school or after school

Gym: (monday-saturday)
Monday: Biceps, Back
Tuesday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Biceps, Back
Friday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Day-off all exercise

Boxing:
Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm

HIIT:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at the gym on the bike doing 30seconds on, 45 seconds off for about 10min at the moment until I get fitter

Running:
I do this instead of HIIT sometimes or I might go for a run after the gym maybe 1-2 times a week.

I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now with a friend and it's going well (lost a bit of fat, had some gains at gym)

WHAT I EAT!!!

So I've been trying to eat well but it seems to be like 2 day good, 1 day bad so from this week onwards, I'm going to try clean it right up.

Breakfast:
Shake (1/4cup choc protein, 1/4cup oats, 1 bannana, 1/3cup yoghurt, 2.5cups milk)
Morning Tea:
1 small can of sweet chilli tuna (5g carbs, 17g protein, 3g fat -no saturated)
1 small can of mayo chicken (7g carbs, 18g protein, 4g fat -1g saturated)
1 piece of fruit
Lunch:
Sandwhich (mayo, sweet chilli, ham)
Small pot of yoghurt
1 piece of fruit
After Workout: (4.30pm)
Protein shake with water (1/4cup protein, 250mls water)

After-noon Tea: (5.30pm)
any ideas here would be great but normally a piece of fruit or another sandwhich

Diner:
Chicken Salad or Steak or Roast Chicken (pretty much whatever mum cooks me)

I'm trying to get down to about 10% bodyfat by December so 3ish months. -Do you think I'm heading in the right direction??
-Is my diet correct??

Any help would be appreicated!
Cheers everyone

9 percent is a lot of fat to loose in by december. What are your totals for the day protein, carbs, fat.

Yeah but I am going as hard as I can but just not 100% sure on my diet and if I should be eating many carbs early on in the day if I'm ot doing any form of exercise till 3.30pm.

This is around about figures:
501 calories =fat
641 calories =carbs
787 calories =protein

The carbs at breakfast are to basically wake your body up and help spare muscle. It's kind of like eating carbs after you work out. You're setting your insulin sensitivity for the day as well (errr... that may be BS, I think I read that somewhere but I may have imagined it). Eat the carbs at breakfast, maybe tone them down a little but as long as they're complex and not garbage, you should be OK.
