JLaw has a spectacular aura about
Default Rate My Plan -- Please

Over the last year I've lost 55lbs. Don't get me wrong, I was obese and honestly the first 30 were gone just by changing some bad habits. I have done a lot of research and trial/error, but as my goals have changed now that I can see my muscles I am coming to the issue of: How can I build muscle and still cut out another 5% of my bodyfat... That should put me at 9% where I should be able to see my six pack... (a first for me). I'm 5'8, 31 yrs, 14% BF, 171 lbs. How many calories should I be at if I want to build muscle and trim fat??? Currently I'm at 40%carb/40%protein/20%fat. Most of the fat is the good kind. My carbs are a little higher due to the pre/post creatine/NO supplements.

Daily macro nutrients are as follows:
1950 cal
45g fat
240 carb (183 net)
57g fiber
170 protein

Daily Diet:

1) Fiber cereal with skim milk, blueberries, 1oz almonds
2) Creatine/NOS drink with banana (pre work-out)
3) Protein Shake, banana, V8 (post work-out)
4) Scrambled egg whites (4) with 2oz black beans, 1/4 avocado, green tea
5) V8, Chicken Breast, 1 slice whole grain wheat bread
6) 2.5 oz tuna,
7) Misc raw vegitables
8) 1/4 head of lettuce with low fat balsamic vinagrette dressing,

I eat pretty much every 2 hours and some of this food is due to my not really having a set break time at my job so it's stuff I can eat while I work.

I weight train 6 days per week with 1 hour hitting a different group every day
I do 20-30 minutes of HIIT cardio on these days as well (with the protein in between)

I have downed the cardio to that point quite a bit now that I have shifted from pure weight loss to building up some muscle. (was doing 30 miles of running per week).

Any advice will be appreciated.
