Default Weight Loss

Okay, I'm looking to lose a few pounds before the Spring Break season.

I currently work out 3-5 times a week but I can't seem to lose the belly, I'm 6'2 200. I'd like to get down to 185 or so, are there any good supplements to take before or after my workout?

Drop 15 pounds in 9 months and you are 6'2" 200lbs? Umm no supplements neccesary (Except maybe a multi and whey for post workout shakes). Just eat whole foods (lean meats, veggies, fruits, and low glycemic carbs only in the morning OR within 3-5 hours after you work out), lift 3-4 days a week and cardio (especially running) 20-30 mins 2-3 days and HIIT 1-2 days. You'll drop 15 pounds in 2 months.

What you should do is build up some strength and size for about 3-6 months and then spend 3 months cutting b4 spring break. You'll look a lot better. 185 for 6'2" is kind of small.

Okay. What and how often do you eat? What do your workouts look like? How long have you been working out?

Umm off the wagon for about 2 years lol. And then when I graduated, I got a job at Big 4 accounting firm so that was basically my life until 2 months ago.

I came back cause I'm serious about getting back into shape again and last time this site and the peepz helped out a lot. So I'm back for a while

Welcome! I don't know about supplements, but I think that doing more cardio can help with losing the belly. And now if that would work with my butt...LOL!
