Default your prefered fatburner?

Hi I am looking to lose a bit weight and someone who I work with is right into his fitness and I asked for a little advice on fat burners, he recommended the Hydrocycut but I see this has been discontinued at present,,, so just though what your all using to get the same results as the hydroxycut.

I did do a search but the last time this was asked looked like it was 2006, I thought this would be asked by loads of newbies so if it has and Iv missed the post somewhere apologies to you guys that are regular members but any advice would be great.

Why do you think Hydroxycut was taken off the market?
Because Fat Burners are dangerous and can jack you up permanently.
I think they should take them all off the markey because anything that speeds up your heart is not a good thing.

And without a change in your diet, you wont get sh!t for results whether using fat burner or not anyways. So when it comes down to it, you need a diet change and THAT ALONE will get you the results you seek out.

Change the diet bro, drink a 1/2 gallon of full gallon of water each day and add in some light cardio and VIOLA ~ Success!

I'm too lazy for cardio

Thanks for your input, I didnt actually say a little about myself, I am 31 13st and looking to get down to 11-12st, over the last couple of month I have cut out my chips and other fatty crap that I so often ate,,, not religiously but I have been now having cereal or fruit for breakfast, I drink 10-12 pints of water per day, meal time is cereal or a salad, evening meal chicken or tuna salad,,, I now do the gym twice a week for an hour (mostly cardio) and have took up mountain biking,,, I was under the impression fat burners may increase my energy while at the gym and also supress my appetite a little, I take it alot of people are not all for these fat burners, I bought some "arson" last night but after what you guys have posted Im dubious as to whether to use them now.

Your diet doesn't have enough protein in it for it to be viable. Your metabolism is probably glacially slow due to only eating about 1200-1500 calories a day. Cardio burns both fat and muscle, so basically you just drop weight, not BF%. Do a couple searches around these forums for some advice on diets and workout plans. Otherwise, good luck with the fat burner.

this definatly helps...but it turns you into a sweating, twitching, screaming, insomniac. At least thats what happened to me. Also if your girlfriend's a nurse she'll trip balls on you and flush your ephedrine supply down the toilet.
