Default carb cycling
carb cycling Good or Bad ? I want to lose about 35lbs and was wondering if that was a good way to go about it. From what I read it seems like u eat alot of carbs 1g/lb thats 230g of carbs a day and that is the low day and double that on the 2 high days on a 7wk cycle. Any advice on this would help. I see some people say to only eat carbs in morning some say get rid of carbs and then there is carb cycling....................plz show me the way.
