Default Looking for a "Mild" cutting supplement. Any help welcome :)

Hey all! Well, I'm getting close to being done my cutting phase. I started at 225-230 about 5 months ago and now I'm at 183 give or take. Almost entirely done through diet to I might add. I got a fun injury from work a few months back and have not been working out in any regular way over the past 2 months

I'm ready to get back and I'm curious if anybody can recommend a mild cutting supplement. It does not need to be the MOST effective, just something that might give a slight edge to get off the last few pounds of fat. I've never taken a cutting agent before and the two people that I know that have did Not have good stories to tell about them lol(Very nervous feelings, heart rate very elevated etc) that is not really something I'm looking for but would definitely try something mild. Anyhow! thx for any help all. Take care

John

Is your diet in check? everyones gonna say thats what to do, and it truely is.

Ive never used any diet supp, but Ive read a lot of people talk about syntha6 or whatever.

also maybe just some more caffeine before your workouts? make you push harder, therefor losing more fat/gaining more muscle.

Get somthing with bitter orange extract.....

Bitter orange contains several different active components. One of these components is synephrine, a stimulant compound similar to ephedra. While synephrine may theoretically suppress the appetite or increase metabolism, it is also responsible for many of the side effects of bitter orange. Bitter orange also contains flavenoids, plant compounds that may possess antioxidant activity. Bitter orange also appears to have some activity as an antibiotic or antiviral

Honestly caffeine tends to over stimulate the pancreas, thus making your metabolism actually not urn as much fat off as you can without using it...

People tend not to read on that..

Yes caffeine is a stimulant, but it just keeps you awake it doesnt really do good for you, that and it dehydrates you

Most of the cutting agents out there are stimulant based, and you will get the side effects you mentioned above from them. You may also get some with the herbal ones as well, I don't know that much about them.
