Question cutting bf gaining lean muscle

so i've decided to dedicate summer to cutting bf and building lean muscle...im 5'8" 228

i wanted to see what you guys think about my workout plans and meals and
if im on the right track.

meal 1: 1 whole egg and one egg white, with a slice of whole wheat toast,or oatmeal, and some fruit

meal 2: some fruit, cottage cheese, or nuts

meal 3: chicken breast with veggies,or tuna on whole wheat with some veggies, or turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoe

meal 4:lean beef or chicken breast or fish, with some veggies

Workout

monday: 1 hr chest ....30 min of cardio

tues:1-1.25 hr bicep and back....30 min of cardio

wed: 30 min of cardio

thurs:1-1.25 hr shoulders and tri's.....30 min of cardio

fri: 45min legs

sat: 30 min of cardio

sun: off

i also drink a perfect isopure protein shake before each lifting

my main goal is to loose boy fat and keep and gain more lean muscle.

so what do you guys think, am i on the right track?
also is better if i run before or after i lift, or does it not matter?

thanks.

You are not going to sustain that kind of training.....too much!
If you want to do that much cardio cut on the weight workouts, keep those workouts lite, and maybe do upper/lower scheme

^ Ya to much cardio. Your just going to end up burning off the work you put in with the weights.

Stick with half an hour of moderate cardio after your lifting and ditch the off day stuff.

Also, for your meals...

1)More protein at breakfast, maybe toss down a whey shake on top of what you have there
2) Swap Meal 3 and 4 or add more carbs to your pre work out meal.

Workout and cardio look fine to me. There only 30 minute sessions.

Diet could do with tweaking.

Meal one needs more protein, have more egg whites.

Meal two is also very low in protein.

More meals in general.

Protein after training and cardio

Seems very low on the fats.

You have NO PWO nutrition at all.

Where are the carbs in this diet?

Veggies can be broccoli which are basically no carbs whatsoever?

Water throughout the day.

I would drop alot of muscle on that.

carbs are fine, need more protein and fats though if you are wanting to lose.
