Hi there Im looking to burn fat and keep all my muscle, Im wonderin wha else I could take and if some of yas had stories maybe yous would share them wit me. Just looking to cut up fast for summer, Gethe abs and stuf out. Anyone help me please ?

need to focus on your diet really.
as long as your protein intake is enough then you should be doin a lot of cardio (5 times per week, 45-60mins steady pace minimum) and lifting weights to maintain the muscle, the fat will come off, aim to lose 2lbs of fat per week, no more. heres a few articles i found recently that give an insight into some fitness models diets and regimes: Bodybuilding.com - Josh Englehart - Male Transformation Of The Week - Josh Englehart. When I gave my advice, I spoke from my own personal experience, I didnt quote someone. I instead spoke off what I have done in real life experiences and applications and that is far more valuable than anything read off the net or in a magazine. You know how many times I have heard "Well Arnold in fact recommends", blah blah blah.. I have been 160 lbs and ripped and skinny and I have also been muscular and bulky at 240 lbs, so I have been all up and down the dial. I know how to bulk up and I know how to cut down and from my PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, I have always burned the most muscle when I did long bouts of cardio. With all due respect, you havent been training long and the questions you have asked in some recent threads shows your lack of experience. Who cares about Tom Vu, didnt he used to sale time shares with those informercials from the 90's?
You have a lot to learn and you should perhaps spend more of your time in a gym than online. And please dont tell me I need to read up on some guru, as I dont have to know squat piss about Tom Venuto, I spend my time hoisting large plates and have learned quite abit in my years of training. Perhaps YOU need to keep reading about Tom Venuto, but not I, I'll just just keep doing what I am doing I'll take real life advice, sh!t I have done... ANYDAY! As it's the only real life advice that applies in the end. Once you become to know your body and how to get it to react, then that knowledge is far more valuable than anything you ever read on the net or in a book. The fact you mention Arnold's book shows you how respected your knowledge of the game is. Anyone who knows training knows Arnold's book is worthless to the common Joe. The exercise references are handy but other than that it's garbage and thats ARNOLD's book I speak of, yes, Arnold the great! I can say it with no problem as the truth is easy to speak. You contradicted yourself. If your arguement is that weight loss is due to a calorie deficit compared to normal intake of calories, then how is filling that deficit with protein equate to a deficit at all?
I don't think that's what you or Tom Venuto means. Think about what you're gonna say before you try to give someone else advice.
