I'm glad its working out for you.

Now that you're hormones are beginning to correct themselves, you should stop starving yourself. You aren't eating near enough to maintain healthy weight loss and muscle preservation. As well, you're eating a lot of sugar. Try to add two more little meals to your day with more protein resources.

Once again, I'm glad things are working out.

I agree here too... What else do you eat with that chicken. Drop the yogurt in the morning and add some eggs to that meal. What about veggies? Get yourself some ff cottage cheese.. less carbs and sugar. You an add whey powder to it and have it as a evening meal... not too late though.

Sugar is good but if you want to cut down your weight you need to eat more and drop the sugars.

Sorry I meant sugar TASTES GOOD, but its evil on the body, lol...

and i tried out this work out routine my uncle did and he lost 60 lbs in 6 months... hmm donno if its any good tried it 2x already the past two days.

bike 22mph-24mph for 10 minutes
Bench press with 25s wide grip as many as possible ( somehting about toning up?)
then do 40 sit ups and then as many as u can do with this other ab workout that
has u laying flat on ground and then bringing knees to chest and then back down but feet dont touch the ground.. it prolly has a real simple name but i duno

it feels like it works u repeat the process 3-4 times...

he said switch up ur routine because ur body gets use to it.. but how do i know when my body gets use to it?..

ahh so many questions...

then ive read on so google.com search results to take a cheat day and have a meal of choice once a week..

but i have no clue how that would work.. seems like all hard work would go to waste

thank you for all who reply..wish i could repay u with some of my knowledge? ha

For your diet, eat a zone of about 40% protein/40% complex carbs/ 20% healthy fats. We need to know how tall you are to calculate your basal metabolic rate so we can suggest a daily caloric intake for you optimal fatloss.

Basically, you want to eat 4-6 reasonable meals a day to get your daily calories. This keeps your metabolism working and will ultimately train it to be active as often as possible. Get your protein from chicken, fish, occasionally some lean beef, cottage cheese, eggs, etc. Complex carbs come from whole grain/whole wheat products. Whole wheat breads, brown rices, sweet potatoes, whole grain pastas, and tortillas. Healthy fats are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated which you can get from nuts, beans, etc. Make damn sure you're eating vegetables with atleast half of your meals as a rule of thumb.

That routine is aweful and a waste of time quite honestly. I'd take some time and scan through the Routine Logs forums and read over people's workouts. You need to decide how much times per week you're willing to dedicate to pumping iron and getting fit. From there, we can decide what muscle groups you should work and when.

Well thats kind of a problem home boy... you need to sit down and do a little bit of research yourself before you just come in and ask someone to do the brain work for you.

Hit up the Diet and Nutrition section for a few hours and i guarantee you that you'll be able to answer a lot of your own questions when your done.. Then, if your still confused or unsure on something a bit more specific, come back here and post it up...

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything and i apologize if im coming off that way its just that this kinda stuff tends to go along with the whole "You can give a man a fish..." philosophy

Well said, Mike. I was just going to stop posting.

I gave you all the information you need for your diet. You don't need a roadmap for what to eat through the day. Sit down, examine your resources, and try to fill those quotas.

Post back when you have more specific questions.
