I need help with diet if anyone out there is brave enough....
I'm at 236 right now 5'11 want to get bellow 200lbs 199.9 would be fine lol. I started working out about 6-7 months ago and started at 264lbs. I know what u guys will say just keep doing what u where doing agree but, I haven't lost anything in the past month and a half or so. Or pretty much since i stopped doing st8 cardio with very little weight training. I try to stay at about 2500 calories a day but haven't broke it down into a certain amount of carbs,fat etc.. I'm a simple person i can eat the same thing day after day i hit the gym pretty hard (always could be harder). Pretty much I want to get a diet in check. (I guess its a way of life not a diet but u know what I mean). So I can realy get a good program together that I know will not harm my efforts. Lol I hope I didn't ramble on to much that the point was missed. Thx for your ears. Peace ![]() |
