I don't like the shakes so I avoided this combo like the plague.....
Maybe it works for you but taken without an anabolic will most likely burn muscle as well

What Vas said is correct, it will burn muscle unless you use it with an anabolic. The Anavar/t3/clen stack is very popular among women, especially the figure/fitness competitors. As for the doses, you should start low at around 50mcg/day and build up to 150mcg and only run it for 2 weeks on and 2 off. The t3 you can start right at 100mcg day and theres no need to ramp up and down. you should use that for 1 month at a time max.

I took Clen for 4 weeks. Using the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle. I didn't see the results that some my friends have had. Truely I didn't really see much of anything happening. I lost maybe 5lbs but that's probably from lowering calorie intake and doing 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Before then I was only doing cardio twice a week for 30 minutes.

The side effects were a little too much to handle. I had the shakes something aweful. It was also just too visibly noticable to other people at work to where people were asking if I was alright. I plan on taking it for another 4 weeks to see if I would have better results but on the my last week being on the off cycle I had some serious chest pains whenever I took a deep breath. The chest pains scared me pretty good so I stopped taking it. I actually almost went to get checked out by a doctor because the pain was so bad. It felt like someone was stabbing me in the chest everytime I took a breath. But after a week the pain went away.

From my standpoint it's just not worth it.

I am not to concerned about muscle I do not lift weights I am just doing this to lose weight. I go to the gym on a regular but I only do cardio and I cant seem to lose the stomach or love handles. I even eat pretty healthy and drink lots of water.

T3 and clen have both been linked to long-term problems with the thyroid. Hank told me that when I asked about it last year.

anything to show proof of this? because I have read just the opposite...........sure I've read random posts on The Internets about it causing long term thyroid issues, but have seen more studies that point to just the opposite.

There are loads of long term studies that show your thyroid rebounds back to full function VERY quickly after stopping. Even after being on t3 for extended periods(years). These studies also debunk the myth that you need to ramp up and down. After 4 weeks of use, most peoples thyroid will be back up to full function within a matter of a few days. The dose ramping thing is one of the worst propogated myths in the bodybuilding world. Furthermore, youre about a million times more likely of damaging your HTPA from gear than you are damaging your thyroid from t3 use.

Well I have started the T3/clen Im on day #5 Im running the clen 5 days on 2 off for like 6 weeks so I can run it with the T3. For these first 5 days I been doing 25mcg of T3 and 20 of Clen. Now tommorow i go up to 50 of T3 and was told that I dont need to go higher than that. will run the T3 for 4 weeks. Now the Clen I will take it up to 40mcg after my 2 days off for the next five days then up to 60 then 80 as long as my body can handle it. I have been eatting very well nothing but fish, chicken, vegs and anything with high protein(stayin away from carbs and fat as much as possible) So Far so good I will weigh myself today at the gym and see if there is a difference in weight yet. Started at 144LBS so we will see!!!! Will keep posting if you wanna know how its going
