Default MiracleBurn???

Anyone try this stuff? I'm really looking for a good diet supplement and am always leary on this stuff b/c I've invested a lot of money over the past 15+ years on weight loss supplaments and although had some success on a few, are they really worth it.

Ephredra was the best but now it's banned so b4 I order the Miracleburn looking for some honest feedback,

Thanks!

Not to be rude, but if you've invested 'alot of money' during the last 15 years on weightloss supps, then its not the supps that are the problem. maybe its your diet or lifting routine?

any weightloss supp is going to help out a little, but the most important part is your diet, and next your routine. granted some supps are better than others, but as far as fatburners, none of them will help out at all without everything else being in check.

there are NO actual miracleburns..

Definetley, NOT a troll. I'm new to the site and although not new to weight training, always looking for insight/ experiences with products. My problem is that I'm 39 years old and had a slow metabolism for ever.

Needless to say, I've spent a lot of money, time, and energy trying to take weight off. I'm currently on Nutrisystem, and am having good success on it but, the problem is at $319 a month, it's very expensive. I've spent lots of money on personal trainers, etc.... I have been in Martial Arts for over 14 years and wrestled in H.S. so everyone asks, where's the discipline? It's there, but not 365 days a year. I like most people who battle weight always look for the best advice, products, feedback.

I'll be totally honest when I say I'm not the best eater - I eat well during the day, but at night, it's whatever, plus what the wife cooks and what the kids DON'T eat.

I appreciate the candid feedback on altering my diet but I guess I'm like the other 30million suckers/ consumer's out there looking for a quick win - LEGALLY! I don't mind hard feedback b/c it may help motivate me to keep in shape. I'm definetley a "roller coaster" fitness subject -so I tend to do well for months, then just go back to my faults and poor eating habbits.

So after reading this - people will say, "dude, you know what your doing wrong, fix it" - we'll it's hard to fix 39 years. I go through "peaks and valleys" just like everyone - it's just a matter of staying on "peak".

Again, I do appreciate the candid feedback - I guess I could always do what Jared did and eat, Subway.......

My friend, it's all about will power. Get a clean diet, buy a nice supplement and train hard; results are guaranteed. You can't give up because if you do, you only back track, so whats the point in those hard months of work in the first place? Plan out a training program and stick to it for a year, and see where you are.

Good luck.

EC stack
thermorexin

Ephedrine is still available. Even a number of ephedra products have resurfaced on the market.

at your age you should look at metabolic modifiers
Fish oil (enteric coating and molecular distillation reccomended)
ALCAR
Glucorell (r-lipoic)
Sesapure (sesamin/episesamin)
Green tea extract (min 40% EGCG)

Default RE: Gluco/ Hatz

Thanks for the feedback. 100% AGREE with you on the will power part - i just have to stop making excuses and just stick with it.

Regarding some of the supplements that were suggested:

Thermorexin
ALCAR
Glucorell
Sesapure

Can you tell me what this stuff is and what it'll do - also, can you get it at GNC?

Thanks, again!
Mike

Macro is awesome, btw.

Anyways, don't underestimate the power of tried and true caffeine. Not only does it work synergistically with thermogenics, it also works on its own to up your metabolism. Further, caffeine will give you that extra boost both physically and mentally when it comes to working out.

Depending on your sensitivity, try taking 200-300mg in the morning with your first meal and 100-200 later on in the afternoon.
