i have a question about creatine i am a guy that only does alot of reps doing push-ups and sit-ups and treadmills and also i do brazilian jiujitsu no weight lifting is creatine good for me? will it get me fat ?i do want to build muscles and work on my mid section but i dont want to gain fat around my mid section either . i am 5'5 160 pounds any suggestions would be greatly appreciated u can also e-mail me a response at jiujitsu3000@aol.com thank u in advance
