Congrats!

I was looking at JennyD's squat pounds from her journal and was curious how it came to 208lbs. Now I know. JennyD was squatting you. Was this done piggy-back? Where you holding a 20lb plate for the second half of her set?

Ha...That's funny.

It was my leg press numbers though, not my squat. LOL. I went and explained it in my journal.

Congratulations on your weight loss BigMikeD...60 lbs is a huge amount of weight. Well Done.

Way to go, Mike!

Last I heard you were going ahead with your bulking cycle. Did you decide to cut back a bit more?

i don't really do a typical bulk/cut cycle... Ya i am putting more effort into packing the muscle on, but fat loss is always in the mix to.
