Ok - I've typed this out about 3 times already, coz I'm not sure I was being clear, and I'm still not sure I've got it.
I've been training for 7 years, sometimes a lot of cardio and few weights, sometimes the other way round. I've just come out of a cardio period and started weight training again (gentle stuff, not bbing, you could probably all juggle with the weights I'm lifting So, my problem is I'm losing weight and I don't want to. Is it possible to lose weight (already figured it's through not eating enough, but I'm not sure I can fit anymore in) but still gain muscle? I had expected to put weight on. Typical foodie day is: Breakfast - oats, skim milk, sunflower seeds and grapes Snack - banana, 2 satsumas, handful of either peanuts or shredded wheat Lunch - chicken/tuna salad sandwich Snack - slice of toast with 100% fruit spread Dinner - cottage pie/pork chops/roast chicken with loads of green veg Snack - museli with natural yoghurt and raisins If anyone can give me some idea where I'm going wrong, I'd be grateful. Cheers Jupiter |
