General Question about Weight Loss
I try to do 1 hour of Cardio everyday (which is mostly speed walking on the treadmill on its highest incline, but also adding in some jogging).
The question I have is this: On Friday's, I work out earlier on in the day, but every Friday night I go out to this restaurant (a place I have been going to for years) and buy the same dinner.. Gyros + Greek Salad + Rice and Potatoes + Pita and a Diet Pepsi....
Is this okay? I will never stop going there every Friday, so that is out of the question; but during the rest of the week, I do eat healthy and keep up with my work outs.
I just wanted someone's advice on whether this is okay for me to do, and whether I should feel guilty about it come Friday night after I've just had that greasy dinner.
