Default good amino luecine supplement
Anyone know of...or have a link to a good amino luecine pill...the one I have now from GNC has only 900 MG of luecine per dosage...and one dose is 6 pills. Anyone know of anything better?

Really I'm doing extreme cardio...and I'm just looking to prevent as much muscle loss as possible...Anything else I should take?

OK........I'll ask. What is extreme cardio? 3-5 hrs? Training for an ultra marathon?

Extreme cardio= 1-2 hours a day..5 days a week...running,boxing,jump rope.
