Default Need to lose lbs ASAP. **HELP**

ok heres the deal, my cousins getting married on July 30th.

I need some of your knowledge to help me lose as much of this disgusting FAT as soon as possible.

Also, after getting into training...its been proven that you start to get into habit of things within 2 weeks so hopefully ill still be losing weight afterwards.

So please share with me your experience and knowledge. Thx.

My plan is to basically drink lots of water throughout the day.
Drink Green Tea with meals?
Cardio for 25 minutes everyday.
Maybe a bit of weight training?
Im also kind of sold to use hydroxycut and since I'm sensitive to caffeine I will be using caffeine-free kinds.

3-4 hours of cardio a DAY???? I guess it worked but damn that's a lot.

What's your diet look like? Post it up and let's start there...because that's going to be a key to get your weight down as well as training. You're going to need to be strict with it and eat clean for these next several weeks in order to lose "as much as possible".

eat a healthy, normal dinner. good protein (chicken, fish, meat) with some veggies. Then no snacks after dinner, no fruit, no nuts, no milk, no juice, no popcorn, no yogurt, nothing (unless it is zero carb protein drink).... till breakfast.

Diet is step one. Eliminate useless sugars, eat a healthy dinner with green vegetables and lean protein, and just like mentioned above - nothing else at night - those snacks will ruin you.

Also - I'd shoot for 45 min of cardio rather than 25. Low-medium intensity will be fine.

UH - why can't you make your own salad, and if you do have to buy one - make sure its grilled, not battered/fried, and tell them you don't want any cheese in it. And see if you can skip the dressing - lots of fat/calories in a small pouch.

Good luck - if you dedicate yourself to it - you can do it.

Update: So I have been going to the gym everyday for almost 2 weeks now...I've been following Jim's bulking weight training routine and eating pretty clean and small, although I have been cheating cuz of 4th of july and what not. I started off at 206.8lbs and I weighed myself at the gym today and it read as 200.4...not to forget, I've also been using a diet pill created from my gym. My only concern is not doing enough cardio. I'm thinking about going about 15 minutes on this crazy cardio machine they got after my workouts on monday wed and fris. Any suggestions

You can add that in, or you can do like I do and do it for longer sessions (30-40 minutes) on your off days if you have the time for it. I would do cardio AFTER I lift on lifting days, as it seems the experience for me has been it hurts my muscle growth.

thats what i mean, cardio after lifting on mon, wed, and fri and only 15 minutes because obviously I will be tired by then and plus my gym has this new machine its kinda like the eliptical but with more resistance and shorter circles and that thing will make u burn calories like no other...
