There arent any. If you wanna get rid of those then you need to do it by reducing youre overall bodyfat with diet and cardio.

no chest exercise will reduce the fat that is stored under the skin, that relys on the myth called spot reduction.
hit the cardio, get your diet in check and go see your doc to see if its gyno. vague advice but its better than saying "focus on your lower pecs when pressing"

Let me Clear something up....
Your friends that smoke a ton of pot have man tits... not because of the pot it's self.... but because of the Cheetos and Pepperoni Pizza that they slam down when they got the Munchies.
