Default Heart Rate Increase and Hydroxycut
I started taking Hydroxycut 2 days ago... I've been monitoring my heart rate since I started... The last 2 days my resting heart rate has been at 72 bpm... this morning I'm sitting here and it 84 bpm...

Anyone else notice this much difference on hydroxycut??? Does that seem average?? cause to me it seems like that's alot?

any insight?

Hydroxycut is loaded with caffeine. I never like fat burners. If you want to lose weight, adjust your diet and drink lots of green tea.

I was a Hydroxycut advocate for a while, but you will notice that your body will develop a quick tolerance to it and stop working after a while. You probably will get the occasional boost when you sit up fast and something causes your heart to beat, but thats about it. The heart rate increase is a normal effect of the hydroxycut, remember it is a thermogenic and will be raising your core temperature by at least 1 degree.
