Default Albuterol Question

Last week I suffered my first asthma attack in 6 years and it was a horroble experience for me I thought, I had already out grown that mess. I wasn't able to work ot for 2 weeks and I was depressed. But then I realized my doctor had given me Albuterols for my asthma.

Now that I'm well again and I have a lot of left overs of Albuterol 3 aerosol canisters to be exact, my question is if I take these in higher doeses will it help me burn fat?? I have the aerosol version how many extra puffs more do I need to take for it to work as a fat burner?? And will it work??

don't use it man, it's a wee bit too dangerous IMO, beta 3 receptors rather than beta 2...I'm not sure how effective the inhalers'll be either, having never seen it for sale like that, I'd guess it's not that effective...

IMO you should concentrate on your diet, lifting + lots of cardio - I reckon the amount you lose from decent cardio (which you shouldn't do to protect your heart) will be as much as you lose from albuterol...

edit: also...you won't get side effects like the shakes, cramps + insomnia (besides others, these're the only ones I got though) from doing cardio

Pretty sure Caferacer use to take a shot or 2 before workouts. Maybe he'll chime in.

I have to keep an albuterol inhaler on hand ... I'm an avid backpacker and bust my backside in the gym and I can tell you first hand that I absolutely hate what that freaking inhaler does to me if I need it before I head to the gym or face a challenging climb. It leaves me feeling like my heart is going to pound right out of my chest.

There are safer ways to help burn fat. Skip using albuterol as one of them.
