Need some suggestions!
I have been lifting now for about 1 month and I starting to see some improvements. I am beging to increase my lifts all around. I am about 5'11 and 190lbs couldnt tell you my BF but i am sure it is high. I would like to work on the diet part also, my goal is to shed some weight while building more muscle. I would like some suggestions on a diet and calorie intake, and any exercises I can throw into my routine to help me achieve my goals, and some links to good threads or any other sources any help is appreciated!
