Default Lipo6???

Well i am planing on taking Lipo 6 next week, and i already have a pretty good diet and plan on taking bcca's. animal pack, and ON whey protein. I was wondering if there is anything else i should take, supplement wise so i can lose weight and decrease fat%.

thanks, do u know if i took kre alkalyn creatine with it, if it would still be effective?

I heard cutting fat and taking creatine contradicts. Not really sure though.

yeah i heard the same thing too, thats why i was wondring if anyone ever tried it before and if it worked.

no it doesnt. when ppl r trying to cut fat they are usually dropping water weight from the lose of glycogen, whereas creatine will bloat you (if u r using monohydrate). creatine is fine while cutting as it will give u extra energy, but people do not want to lose bloated while cutting. gives them the illusion that they aren't losing weight.
