Default Lower ABS

I have really been trying to get the whole 6 pack down, but the lower abs are so damn stubborn. I run 2 miles every night and i lift 3 times a week. and my upper abs show better than my lower, are there any ab exercises to help with the lower abs??

Thanks!

leg raises are definately good and if you want to build em up...add a little bit of weight by holding a db with your feet.

Realistically, I agree with this.
In order for any abs to be seen (lower or upper) you'd have to drop more bodyfat.
To build muscle to your abs, you can do the hanging leg raises, and even add some weight.
Make sure you're doing them corretcly though. Don't swing your legs up. Concentrate on using your ab muscles to bring your legs up, otherwise, you're only working your hip flexors.

I'd say yes...hanging leg raises are harder IMO, but reverse crunches are good too.
Just do them properly, or there's no use in doing them at all.
