Realistically, I agree with this.
In order for any abs to be seen (lower or upper) you'd have to drop more bodyfat. To build muscle to your abs, you can do the hanging leg raises, and even add some weight. Make sure you're doing them corretcly though. Don't swing your legs up. Concentrate on using your ab muscles to bring your legs up, otherwise, you're only working your hip flexors. |
