I need to lose 10-15 pounds in a month? Can I?
Hey, I need to lose a good 10-15 pounds of fat in 30 days exactly.
Im 17 6 feet tall 172 pounds 12.9% body fat.
Im really active, but i still have fat on my lower abs, and slightly on my upper abs. The rest of my body is cut
I run twice a day, and i used to lift not anymore, because i just want to focus on cardio. Im eating 1700 calories a day trying to space out each small meal as much as possible.
Ive been reading though that doing to much cardio is bad and kills your muscle. I dont know the balance between how much cardio, and how much lifting you need to do. I need to lose body fat fast and look good in a month. I want to not eat alot because i know losing weight is calories in vs calories out, but then again i want to get proper nutrition and keep my metabolism up. In a month is it possible for me to lose around 13 pounds of pure body fat. People are saying too much cardio is not good for weight loss. How can i lose so much fat so fast without alot of cardio. Tips would be really great. Thanks
