i am at the 9th day with ripped system.at the begining i started as directions 1 pill mg + 1 pill 6 hrs later.(felt the strong effect) 3 days then 2 pills + 2 pills
worked ok and today 9th day i am at 5 pills per day not yet 6 pills and i feel it starts loosing its kick.i lost only 2 to 3 kgs fat and no muscle loss.i do follow almost the diet(few alterations on protein carb sources but almost the same) and exersize cardio 30 min slow mg then weights and cardio slow 30 min after. every 3rd day only hiit 30 mins. i think i will do 14 days cycle if system loose its kick.question is with the diet and cardio and weights you should loose 2-3 kg of fat wout fat burner isnt it??? and as for lean mass amino acids i take could do the job. is the system works finaly????maybe yes for fatter individuals and not for ones trying to go as low 8-10 %. anyway now i am about 13% and target is 10%.i started with 16-18% bf. what's your opinion for the system??? |

why are you going to stop at 14 days? the cycle is a 21 day cycle. you brought you might as well use it. i have tried it in the past. it was ok. not great but not bad.

seems to me you are looking for instant results. i dont think you can really tell if it worked or not until after the 21 days

well today is the 14 th day with ripped system.no weight loss only 3 kgs and that is from diet weights and aerobic.
not happy methyl also is full of caffeine and i have hard time to sleep. if somebody can give me any good suggestion exept diet and exersize is welcome. i am now abt 12% bf and 85 kg and want to go 8-10%. any good fat burner???thank you |
