Fat around waist (aka love handles)

Hey everyone, im new here but I check it out often...I was wonderin if anyone could help me out..

Im 20 years old, and in the past 2 months from diet and exercising ive lost about 20 pounds, and im pretty psyched about it, i feel great...im 5'6'' 160lbs

The only thing is is that I still have fat around my waist, i guess theyre called love handles, and it looks pretty bad from behind, i have a v back then these 2 protruding fat pieces and its pissin me off lol.

I just wanna know if there are any tips, or exercises that target that area so maybe i can firm up the muscles underneath, or anything that might help lose that fat....i know you cant spot reduce but something that might help accelerate the fat loss process?

and if there are any suggestions of meal plans or how/what i should be eating throw it all at me i want these things gone lol

Hey welcome to the forums and great job on the 20lbs there! Like you, most of my fat is stored on the side area and lower back but it is all really about the diet and your BF to get rid of the "love handles". If you post up your daily diet/workout routine, you'll get lots of info and tips to help you get rid of that unwanted fat.
