Default Stimerex Reviews??

Ok so I have been working on a solid diet the past month, I have been taking ON Whey Standard (w/ all the BCAA's in it) and I am taking ABB Creatine Monohydrate, along with a Multi-Vitamin. I am around 300 and 6 foot 1/2 inch. I have been working out and just got a gym membership. I am looking to cut some fat off me! I have been hearing that Stimerex is the best, safest supp. Not the best the the best of the safe. I was wondering if this would be good to add. I work out and do cardio. The weight just isn't coming off! My gains in the weight room are starting to come around, but the weight is still there!! Does this seem like a good addition

And I dont wanna hear this keep the diet clean SHlT it pisses me off...I'm asking for an answer/review to this product only

Unfortunately - without posting your workouts and diet - 99% of people here won't advise you on supplements, because if you aren't doing those two things right, no supplement will help at all.

You and I are the same height - I'm 6'1" - how many cals a day are you eating? How much cardio, where is your heartrate during said cardio, etc., etc.

Why would any of us help you waste your money on supplements if your other sh*t isn't in check?

Yes, it is a good fat burner.......probably one of the best LEGAL available.....it doesn't touch the illegal sh*t though.

at 300 lbs and 6'1/2 - and as seeing you just got a gym membership, my guess is you have a lot of fat on you, a lot more than normal. I was close to that size myself. I just changed how i was eating and dropped 25 or so lbs really fast, it got a little harder after that, and still havent really taken a fat burner, and if i have i didnt notice any difference. Cardio is the key my friend.

oh ya, that clean diet "$h!t" you mentioned, its a whole lot harder than taking a supplement, but works about 100 times better.

Ok well here is the breakdown...I'm still in h.s. so i live with my parents. I eat as well as I can, I eat a small breakfast which consists of usually a protein shake, a glass of milk, and maybe a small granola bar or maybe fruit, for lunch it is usually what th soup and salad bar line puts out which is a large salad w/ a very small amount of light ranch dressing on it, if there is no salads I get a turkey sandwich the sides I get include a fruit cup, prezels and a V8 splash for a drink..this is basically my everyday lunch... I usually come home and eat some chicken or some more fruit/veggies. then for dinner it is different again but tonight i had a footlong sub with veggies along w/ fruit. I try to get about 1750-2500 calories a day...
for a workout.... legs/back day 1 arms and chest day 2 abs day 3 day 4 is a mixture of what feels good! I do about 25-35 minutes Its very hard to mantain a solid diet in h.s. but i try as hard as i can....Any suggestions

Eliminate the pretzels - all they are is flavor points.

Cut back on breads, or only use whole wheat/whole grain. Instead of a footlong - go with 1/2 that - no mayo/cheese.

You need 30+ minutes of cardio minimum 3 days a week, on top of the lifting workouts.

At your age - I'm hesitant to recommend any fatburner supp - just add the cardio and keep the diet in check and the weight HAS to come off.
