I have been taking Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 5 weeks now and have seen some good results so far. I try and eat 4-5 times/day and have been carb cycling daily (carbs morning and afternoon and none after 3pm). So far I have lost 17lbs. I recently picked up another bottle of HH and was thinking of adding some other supplements. Has anyone tried this combo? if so, what were the results? for the first few weeks I was only taking HH and a multi-vitamin.
As for these two products, my thought was the dialating of the blood vessels would deliver more of the fat burner to my body and thus improve the results. I also noticed that NO-Xplode had creatine in it (which is apparently not effected by caffine in the form they use it) but without the water weight gain and bloated effect. seems like its a little too good to be true and I wasnt sure if there would be other side effects of using these together. Do you think I should space out the time taken then? generally I take HH around 7 am and 4pm. I dont usually make it to the gym until around 5 or so, I go home and have a pre-workout protein shake and then head over 1/2 hr after that. If I made the HH around 3 pm would it lessen the chances of being jittery before the gym @ 5? Or is it more of a "once its in your system" sort-of-thing?

I have started working out only over 2 weeks. Standing at 143LBs im what you would call a proper hard gainer. So to pack on a few pounds i decided to start of with Jim's supplement guide. I'm currently on N Large 2, Whey Protien, Jim's home made celltech and glutamin. I recently came across NO xplode by BSN and judging by its reviews i must say i was very impressed. I want to try it for my self but was wondering if it is ok to have it with Jim's homemade celltech, or for that matter any creatine products? Any Help?? Hardgainer83 |

last year when i actually started lifting 'hardcore' lol i picked up No-Xplode and Cellmass *they sold as a pair on ebay and i heard about those going hand in hand* i also was taking on 100% whey and i had great gains, you can feel the difference you muscles feel like rocks, and you'll want o lift, the only sometimes dislikes are jitteryness and some diahrea every now and then but you'll live and i reccomend them.

i agree glockwork, the occasional diarrhea side effect is not your ideal routine but you will live. i have been stacking no-xplode and cellmass for about 4 months, and have added nitrix for the past 2 and after 2 to 3 weeks of the nitrix i started feeling pumped all day and my bench has gone up 20 more pounds. it sounds like we have about the same timeline for "hardcore" working out, glockwork. word of advice, lift with people who want to see gains, cause anyone else will just hold you back
