I figured Id ask this question, even though most of you seem to be skinny people who are looking to lose just a tad bit of weight, I however am over 300 lbs and was wondering if anyone had some tips on the best way for me to lose weight. Keeping in mind I recently started a job where I walk around a liquor store for about 5-7 hours a day and stock beer and what not, i do this 4 - 5 days a week so this is my excersise pretty much, I know since im so overwieght I should lose some weight due to trying to eat better but does anyone have any recommendations for me? also im thinking of taking CLA + fatburner and maybe ephedrine with it.

I must say, junk food has almost never been part of my diet, ive been big most of my life from eating TOO MUCH pasta/breads i dont like sweats and usually dont eat chips, so my diet right now is no soda at all (even diet), ive cut out the majority of my carbs like bread and pasta although i still eat some from mostly wholegrain / vegetables. My problem is i cant help eating at night before bread, i can go through the day fine but night time is the hardest for me
