Sometimes, depending on my energy level that happens to me. It's freakin tough though.
Actually, my jog turns into a walk during my low intensity intervals sometimes.
I usually do 12 minutes with a 1.5 minute warm up and a 1.5 minute cool down. But sometimes I stop at 10 minutes and do a 3.5 minute cool down when I'm feeling lazy too.
