So I have a pretty decent diet, nothing too bad nothing that great either. I exercise regularly and try to get enough sleep. I STILL wasnt seeing any results after a certain point. Well it turns out that I have sleep apnea which was causing my body to retain cortisol and my blood oxygen level to be pretty freakin low all while I was not getting much sleep. I tried the ECA stack, but it didnt do much for me, for some reason my body just doesnt react to ephedrine hcl exept for all the thirst and pee'ing and loss of appitite.
I have started up on a CPAP machine to help with the sleep apnea and blood oxygen level so its just a matter of time now. But in the meantime I wanted to try out a stack I saw on another site to help speed things up before a wedding thats coming up in a little less than 2 months. the stack is as follows: Lean Xtreme Glucophase XR Sesathin I opted for the non-stimulant supps because of the extra stress on the heart sleep apnea causes. Just in case it wasnt clear, my goal is to reduce body fat percentage. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thanks guys. |

thanks for the replies guys, but yeah I'm not looking to bulk right now, I just wanna trim and cut, and then depending on how I look after that, I might go through a couple of bulking then cutting cycles again.
I went ahead and bought the stack I mentioned in the original post and experimented with it a little for the first couple of days. After reading around on the net, I think the regimen I will follow goes something like this... on workout days ------------------- - first thing in the morning - 1 lean xtreme & 1 glucophase xr - 4 hours later - 1 lean xtreme - 45 minutes prior to workout - 1 lean xtreme & ECA (i know i should probably quit ECA, but I have not found anything yet that gives me the same workout boost yet) - post workout - 2 glucophase xr & ON pro complex (protein only on lifting days) - before bedtime - 1 lean xtreme & 1 glucophase xr - sesathin with every meal non workout days -------------------- - first thing in the morning - 1 lean xtreme & 1 glucophase xr - before bedtime - 1 lean xtreme & 1 glucophase xr - sesathin with every meal i still have just a little lipoderm ultra and cap left, I'll add that into the mix randomly as well till it just finishes off.
