i see lipo 6 advertised all the time in fitness magazines, is it really as effective as it sounds, or is it just a joke? any responses would be helpful.

i've heard good things about it.. I've considered adding it to my stack..

I also heard good things about it, but when I tried it, I had an allergic reaction to it. Broke out in a rash on my forearms and tops of my feet. Gave it to my wife and she loved it.

I used it for 8 weeks and it really works good. I noticed a huge difference. so a little later I used it again and it worked great again.

I had deeper cuts in my legs and abs. my chest tightend up. The only side effect was that I was a little edgy, like quick to yell at my kids when they were bad, I am usually not that loud.

When I quit using it I had a slight headache for one day.
