Red face Quick Question on EC Stack, Help A Sista Out :-)

What is better:

1) Taking the stack every other day for up to 12 weeks OR

2) Taking the stack every day for three weeks, taking one week off and cycling again?

I workout 6xS a week for an hour-an hour and a half, split cardio/weight training, alternating days or sometimes 30-45 min min. of each. I do high reps/lower weights for my weight training.

For the last six months I have been eating 40/30/30 and am LOVING it! This is allowing me to drop about two pounds a week steadily, but I just found out I am going to be in a wedding in August and need that to be about 3-4 pds/week to get to where I want to be by August. Once I reach my goal I think I will cut back to 2-3 days cardio and 3 solid strength training days....not sure what experiment I'll be doing with my body at that point :-) Maybe trying to develop a six-pack! hahah Ok I'm babbling. Seriously though I have been coming on here for a few years now, mostly lurking and you guys rock!

Oh, one more thing I drink about 225 fl ounces of water a day. Not sure if this matters or not but it sure makes me tinkle ALL the time!

Ephedrine loses it's effect somewhere in the 2-3 week time period. cycle it by taking as much time off as on. What size dosage are you taking?

How have your results been from the eca stack! I bought a bottle off of bulk nutrition.com but am a little hesitant on taking it due to the potential side effects! Everything else is going great! diet is very good workouts good cardio good weightloss and body fat are going down. I just want to do everything I can to get in the best shape I can! Is it worth the risk!

Seekinggreatness,

Sorry I took so long to respond! I did 3 weeks on EC stack, week 1 I used the stack once daily and weeks 2 and 3 twice a day. I think I could have gone up to three times daily and been good, but in the three weeks I lost 9 pounds, normally I can manage 2 pds a week on my own. Didn't change my eating habits or workouts, so I guess I can attribute the additional 3 pounds to the stack. I'm on week two cycling off, I have not had any adverse side effcts or the "crashing" feeling once I stopped taking it, so I can't speak too much on that. Goodluck with the stack just be wise! Drink LOTS LOTS LOTS of water!
