This has been my course for a week now.
x2 provizan-15mg (before brek) x2 sida cordfolia (before brek) x1 prolean sf (contents emptied into water and drink - after brek) x2/1 sida cordfolia (2 if im training, 1 if im not no later then 3pm) A hell of alot of water, fair carbs, the rest protein and 1 hour of cardio 3times a week, havent touched weights yet. I was weighing at 218lbs/99.2kilos/just shy of 16stones last monday. The morning im at 207lbs

a lot of people like hit, but the most important thing with cardio (or any tupe of exercise is consistency). Just doing longer moderate to fast pace walking for 40-60minutes is very effective for fat loss. Especially if its done every day.

Lipodrene.. Original Formula.. it has all the essential fat burner ingredients.. each tab is like 6hrs of increased thermogenesis.. no joke.. my now fav fat burner over the ECA stack
