i like to take my thermo's first thing when i wake up in the morning, usually 10-15 minutes before breakfast. then another usually after lunch, but before dinner when i get a lil hungry.
taken with food seems to possibly somewhat diminish the effects but i know when i take mine in the morning on an empty stomach, then eat, then go to the gym i feel great.
also, i usually only take my fat burner (ephedra+caffeine+aspirin) for 1, 2 weeks AT THE MOST in a row, followed by a week off it completely... and i never go over 1 ephedra (25mg) and 1 caffeine (200mg)...
