Default ECY-Stack , along with cold medicine

Greetings all,

I've been doing my ECYstack for a about 2weeks now , and I picked up a small cold this past weekend.

My question is this , would it hurt me to continue taking my stack in addition to the tylenol cold , or do you think it's wise to lay off the stack for a few days?

I'm hoping that's not a stupid question ,and someone might be able to help me.

Thanks.

If the Tylenol Cold has psuedoephedrine in it you should probably lay off of the stack. You could be doing some damage to your heart or raising your blood pressure really high with that combo....really any ephedrine stack should be avoided, but I won't get on that soap box right now...

Cool! Then that's what I'll do. Just to play it safe.

Thanks.
