Sex shouldn't really affect you negatively unless you are having it like 10 times a day....then maybe your hormones might get out of whack. I have heard that having sex before leg day can be hazardous as your legs get weak after sex...I have never had problems associated with having sex everyday and working out...

yes it does effect your workout. If you don't believe.. try having sex one morning before doing a good leg workout... I bet you won't be able to hit anywhere close to what you normally lift.
