Default how much weight training should I incorporate?

For the past 2 weeks I have been doing HIIT cardio workouts and No weight lifting because my main goal is to shed the falb. So my question to you guys is should I incorporate wieght lefintg into my workout? And if so how much and what types. Im 5'8 185 pounds...........16 year old male

Default Circuit Training

I believe circuit training would be a good one. You can do full body for 45mins 3times a week. This way you can keep your heart elevated and obtain all the benefits.
