drexel73 has a spectacular aura about
Default hiit training

I've been doing hiit's training for 4 sessions now.. I'm doing 30 sec jogging, then 30 sec of running.. I'm confused on whether you take any kind of rest after each 1 minute interval.. I haven't been, but I saw on muscle media where he said something about a 30-60 sec rest.
